Directions to the Rover

Note: We've Moved - but not far, at all!

Our new address is at 715 Front Street in Georgetown, next door to Buzz's Roost & across from the theatre. The Carolina Rover is docked behind our store and Buzz's Roost, just 2 blocks east (to the left, when facing the water) of where we were before. We will be updating the map below soon to reflect these changes.

We are very easy to find; come to Georgetown (south of Myrtle Beach), turn off of Hwy 17 onto Broad Street, park your car and take a stroll on the Harborwalk boardwalk along the waterfront.

It really is just that easy! But do read on for some additional information that will help you enjoy your trip, especially the note about parking, to the right --->>>

The Rover is approximately in the middle of the Harborwalk; there is a sign on her gate, she has her name on her side, and is a large boat with green canvas. Below is a map to help you orient yourself.

  Parking Your Vehicle

  Parking along Front Street (the last road before the water, and which runs parallel to the water) is limited to only 2 hours, so we highly recommend that you park on Broad Street or one of the other side streets.

  None of them are more than a short, enjoyable stroll away from the Rover!

  Your Rover Tour will last 3 to 3.5 hours, so parking on the side streets will help you avoid a ticket, as well as offer you the chance to enjoy the scenery of historic Georgetown as you pass under the live oak canopies which line the streets.
